Ingredients:
Green gram flour – 2 spoon
Garlic 20
Pepper – 2 spoon
Biryani leaves 1
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves 2 spoon –
Salt as needed Oil 2 spoon
Water as required

Recipe:
Grind garlic and pepper with a little salt and grind them coarsely.
When oil is heated in a pan, add biryani leaves and saute. Then add onion and saute until golden brown.
Then add onions and saute until golden. Then add garlic pepper paste, bunch of coriander leaves and
saute well.
After 2 minutes pour the green gram flour and stir.
After saute well on low flame add salt water and boil well.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot
